With this information you’ll be able to structure your day to give you the best energy and focus without the hangry feelings. You’ll learn tips and tricks to eat healthy on the go and create the perfect plate of food that will keep you from feeling hungry again in two hours, and create that lasting energy you so desire. You’ll feel confident that you have the tools you need to embark on a completely new health journey; one that allows you to still have your favorite foods.
PRACTICE TIME
Over the next 2 weeks, you’ll follow the eating patterns outlined in your personalized plan. This will allow you to learn which foods give you energy, and which foods take it away. This ensures that you are eating the foods that are right for YOUR body, not a general diet that is prescribed to the masses; instead it will be YOUR diet.
After implementing the Healthy Habits Jumpstart over 14 days, you’ll have experienced more energy, less brain fog, less hunger, and will know which foods make you feel good so you can continue eating in a way to give you sustained energy and feelings of wellbeing.
