This coaching experience will be a 6 month program (24 weeks and 24 1-hour video calls via zoom). If you live in the La Crosse, WI area and prefer face to face, we can meet at a community location of your choice.
Why 6 months? Well, Dr. Caroline Leaf indicates that to create lasting change, we must complete at least 3 cycles of 21 days for a habit to stick in our long-term memory. The extra weeks allow you to solidify your new changes and add more than one new habit.
My coaching program takes you back to the basics, where health becomes who you are, not something you have to do. It makes change easy by creating small habits and stacking them upon one another for massive change that feels effortless.It will also include an emphasis on moving away from processed foods into a whole foods lifestyle and will teach you that it's not just what you eat, but also when you eat, how you eat and who you are being when you eat.
